Gravel2 lawyers

This small group of lawyers was looking to build a new team and establish itself in downtown Saint-Lambert. Having found an address on the 3rd floor of a commercial building, they wanted above all to project the image of a young and dynamic team, through a contemporary design and thus break away from the archetype of traditional lawyers’ offices. Fluid, bright and transparent spaces reflect the practice of these professionals.
We took advantage of the morphology of the space to create functional offices with a large work surface. Each of the offices is positioned at the perimeter of the space, taking advantage of a view of Victoria Street and the dynamism of the downtown area. In the center of the space, the conference room is distinguished by a more closed volume, in order to preserve the confidentiality of clients during meetings.
Ergonomics for meetings
A meeting space was designed with an adjustable table to encourage “standing” meetings, to promote awareness and ultimately, the exchange of information and ideas. This collaborative space takes advantage of the daylight that comes through the closed office on the opposite side, thanks to the Sky Artopex architectural walls.
The enclosed offices adjacent to the windows were outfitted with the Artopex Take Off collection, furniture tailored to the lawyers’ needs for functionality and storage. Orange Element Lounge chairs evoke the firm’s corporate colors and add a colorful accent.

The design concept was based on Sky Artopex’s architectural walls, which successfully frame the workspaces without concealing them, thus encouraging exchanges.
The final result is impressive. It is an inspiring, airy and bright workplace with beautiful views of downtown.
