The personal information of EMBLM’s customers is a key element of EMBLM’s business, and EMBLM does not practice selling it to third parties. EMBLM only provides this information in the circumstances described below.

Third party service providers: EMBLM retains the services of companies and individuals to perform certain tasks on its behalf. These tasks may include filling orders, delivering parcels, sending e-mail or postal mail, removing redundant data from customer lists, analyzing data, assisting EMBLM in marketing, proposing search results and links (including paid ads and links), process credit card payments and provide customer service. Transfers of businesses or activities: As part of its expansion, EMBLM may sell or acquire stores, subsidiaries or divisions. You provide EMBLM with personal information when you search, place an order, send comments, enter a contest, answer a questionnaire or contact EMBLM. You provide EMBLM with personal information when you search for a product or place an order; when you contact EMBLM by telephone, email or any other means; when completing a questionnaire, a contest entry form or creating a wish list. The information that EMBLM collects and analyzes includes the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your username, your e-mail address, your password, and information about your system and connections, such as the type and version of your browser, setting the time according to your time zone, types and versions of additional software to your browser, operating system and platform. EMBLM also analyzes your purchase history (which EMBLM sometimes correlates with the purchase history of other consumers to make lists of featured products, for example), the complete URL to, via and from including the date and time of login, the products you viewed or searched for, your cookie number. Browsing information such as cookies, Flash cookies (also known as Flash Local Shared Objects) or similar information on certain parts of is used for fraud prevention or other purposes. EMBLM may receive from other sources the following type of information: update of your delivery details from delivery services or third parties, which EMBLM uses to correct your information contained in your files and optimize the execution of your future orders or communications with you; as well as information about your credit history, which EMBLM uses to detect and prevent fraud and to offer certain credit or financial services to certain customers.
