The construction of the new building was intended to relocate all staff under one roof and consolidate senior management on one floor to increase efficiency.

Promoting wellness
Pursuing its commitment to contribute to the well-being of its employees, the client wanted to offer larger capacity exercise rooms and especially an atrium serving as both a cafeteria and a place for relaxation and collaboration.
The open plan design was to reclaim the existing Teknion office panels to optimize their life cycle and reduce project costs.
Since the areas to be fitted out were multiple (open areas, closed offices, meeting and training rooms, cafeteria, reception, atrium), a major product research was required.
