Luminosity is the key issue of this project that the architect knew how to respect in the design of the site. Despite the 90 or so workstations on a single floor, all have natural light. The arrangement of the materials highlights this beautiful brightness.
Brightness and contrast
As the employer is committed to the well-being of its employees, it was essential to leave room for all the light. The open-concept workstations have been carefully designed near the windows. The individual offices are closed with the double glass walls of the SKY 700 series.
An original solution was proposed to the client to combine brightness and privacy. To make the main conference room more intimate, an electric self-frosting film was installed on Artopex’s removable SKY glass walls. With a simple switch, the frosted glass becomes clear. A brilliant innovation at the service of our customers.
Open ceilings, polished concrete floors, white office walls and furniture. This is how we look directly at the rich colours of the carpet. Inside individual offices, the rich blue floor covering highlights the all-white layout of the Air and Take Off series.

EMBLM has been able to make its mark on EGR’s spaces by offering a variety of chairs for different areas. Downtown and its flexibility for rest areas, Cahoots and its prestige for reception areas, Envita and its design for executive offices.
Meeting deadlines
Some challenges were encountered with the progress of the work. The EMBLM team took the time and effort to work with the various stakeholders to meet the client’s deadlines. Everyone pitched in and the project was up and running in the required time frame.
The passion of the EMBLM team was put into action to realize this large-scale project. In collaboration with various manufacturers of chairs and office furniture, EMBLM made the personality of EGR Insurance employees reflected in the design of their work spaces.
