Astral Media’s decision to consolidate all of its five radio stations (NRJ Montréal 94.3, 107.3 Rouge fm, CJAD 800 AM, Virgin Radio 96 and CHOM 97.7) under the same roof in the four-storey building already occupied by its two French-language stations was a major challenge.

The fusion of different cultures, the constraint of available space and the new image desired by the client were sources of inspiration in the evolution of this project. This new image was to respond to the broadcasts on the various social networks as well as bring conviviality, elegance and youth to the guests of brands and to the different target audiences.

The EMBLM team was able to support its client in the management of the various phases of development. Involved in the work of manpower for temporary spaces and providing solutions to the various challenges of managing schedules and spaces encountered during a major renovation project of a building under occupation.
