Following the redesign of their Quebec City branch, NVIRA is now tackling their new place of business in Montreal. Several spaces had to be revamped in order to better adapt to the new work landscape.
This large-scale project benefited from the expertise and services of the EMBLM Quebec team, which worked closely with the architect. The client had access to a wide variety of products and our professional service.
An inspiring and stimulating workplace
NVIRA Montreal’s new workspaces provide employees with a stimulating environment and multiple spaces that encourage collaboration and learning. Colors and textures are part of the mix, making these spaces attractive: from vibrant yellows for the dining area to touches of turquoise in the open area.
The existing furniture matches the architectural details. The lounge area near the reception area features a variety of seating shapes and blends with the angled ceiling.
In the library section, the Axel series pavilions create work bubbles and segment the space. Felt tiles will also improve the acoustics of this large room. Pavilions are an excellent way to create different work zones in an open area.

The diversity of our product offering allowed the architect to make a judicious selection. As a result, several spaces were wisely created, including a reception area, open workstations, a number of collaborative spaces, a library and more.
Nvira has much to be proud of with these workspaces. The collaboration between the architect and the EMBLM team shows us that nothing is impossible. Listening and the pleasure of creating make it possible to carry out projects that will stand the test of time, as this project shows us.
