“Raise the challenges posed by modern construction by innovating on the basis of an increasingly recognized expertise, investing in the continuous improvement of our service and relying on the flexibility of our organization”. These few words represent the mission of TBC, but also perfectly express the key to this office development project.

The mission was simple: keep the clean design thought by the company Hatem. Simple but effective furniture, varied storage that meets the needs of users are solutions offered to the customer.

TBC has given itself the advantage by building new premises in its image. A distinctive design, bright premises, architecture with apparent structures … really, a company that stands out in the heart of an industrial district.

Brightness for everyone

The layout of spaces respects TBC Construction’s desire to allow everyone to enjoy natural light. The closed offices were therefore located in the center of the space and delimited by Artopex SKY glass partitions.

A classic and timeless design with a combination of white, black and natural wood. Straight and simple lines that do not irritate the eye. Simple materials with solid colors also contribute to the very clean style.

As a distinctive design element, the Rouillard Zetti armchair brings the touch of originality needed to make this project perfectly unique!

Promoting collaboration

The judicious use of Artopex benching workstations allows users to work collaboratively with their colleagues. The high and bulky system panels have been eliminated in favor of small lightweight separators lined with a felt band to improve sound absorption.

The right product in the right place, here is what the EMBLM team offered to TBC by being attentive to their needs. Collaboration is important within a company, but it is equally important between the members of the EMBLM team and the various stakeholders for a project to be successful!
